Delete a user

When a user leaves your organisation, you, as an owner or admin, may need to remove an admin or member, respectively, from your organisation in Liminal Vaults. Currently, the option to remove a user directly from your organisation dashboard is unavailable. However, you can submit a support ticket to request this action. The Liminal support team will handle the removal of the user on your behalf.

Take the following steps to raise a support ticket.

  1. Go to Liminal Customer Support Portal.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Email Address - Enter your email address associated with your organisation.
    • Environment - Select the applicable environment from the dropdown.
    • Select the service - Select the type of service you've subscribed to in Liminal.
    • Type - Select the type of issue as Users, Roles and Teams from the dropdown.
    • Subject - Provide the topic of the issue.
    • Description - Provide a brief description of the issue.
  3. Mark the CAPTCHA checkbox to complete verification.
  4. Select Submit to submit the ticket.
