Join multiple organisations with a single account

In Liminal Vaults, a user (owner, admin, and member) can be a part of more than one organisation using the same email ID, without the need to sign up and create separate accounts for each organisation. Only the owner and admins of an organisation can send invites to other users—admins and members. A user can switch between organisations from the profile section of the dashboard. This enhances flexibility for users to collaborate in multiple organisations.

• One email ID can be invited into multiple organisations with any user role—member, admin, owner.

Important

• When a user is already logged into an existing organisation, and is invited to another organisation, they will get a notification dot highlighted in their profile section. They can select the Switch Organisation option and accept or reject the invite. To switch to the new organisation, they have to select the Switch Organisation option again.
