Q1 How do I sign transactions for different organisations in the mobile app?

You will receive push notifications of transactions from all your organisations. To review and sign a transaction, you must be logged into the organisation. If not, you can easily switch to that organisation from your profile section in the Vaults app. Check out the mobile app guide to learn more.

Q2 What happens if I switch organisations on mobile without a key?

If you are the owner and a key is not yet created, after logging into the Vaults app, you can see "Setup Mobile Access" for the new organisation. If a key is created, you will see "Restore Your Mobile Key" if you are the owner, or "Your Keys are missing" if you are not the owner.
